Chocolate (YUM) Mouse:
Beat a quart of whipping cream until it is firm and comes to a peak. Add Xylitol and baking cocoa (powder) to taste. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons full into small containers (pretty, glass goblets or whathaveyou are nice.)
