As you write in with your prayer requests, Fibromom immediately sends them out to our team members who may choose to send them out to prayer warriors and prayer chains all over the United States and possibly the world. (We will keep all identifying info confidential unless you specifically ask to be identified.) One of our prayer warriors wrote this in response to the many requests she receives from our e-mails. May it comfort all of us to know that the warriors we call on will and do fight on our behalf with boldness. Yes, I stand in agreement with your prayers. With this and all other requests you've recently sent, I go to My Savior Jesus Christ in prayer. Believing in Him for peace and wisdom, healing and restoration. Amen! Alleluiah! January 24, 2010 From Director Angel: I have a prayer request from our CATCH coordinator. She is asking that we pray for the 6th grade class that we would find favor and be allowed to go in and teach our abstinence curriculum. Thank you so much.

In fact please be in prayer today about sharing Christ with these 2 clients male and female who have been in the program for a month and is the same man who is going through the men's curric. Update: Director Angel reports on her meeting with a young daddy and mommy: I was able to share the Lord with both of them. The man is the open one and desires to talk about spiritual things. .. please know that the Lord is breaking down walls in this mans life. He shared some personal struggles and I was able to share about our Lord Jesus and the hope that we have in Him despite color and race. But sadly they didn't come yesterday. The man was supposed to be meeting with (our mentor for men.) Please continue to pray for them. When the Lord gets close, Satan pushes back just as hard or even harder. Please Please pray for this mans eyes to see the truth and his ears to hear the truth and for his heart to know the truth. Father God, we desire this man FOR YOU. In the Holy and Perfect Name of Christ Jesus, the Messiah, we rebuke the enemy. We ask, LORD, for You to shield this man’s mind from confusion as to Who You are, who he really is and why we are in his life right now. Father, pave the road for Will to build a relationship with this young dad and, if the young mom is a stumbling block to this man, protect him from that. Work on her, LORD. Put a hunger within her that says YOU CAN’T RAISE THIS BABY WITHOUT CHRIST!!! Show us how to best love these people, LORD. Also Father God, we praise You for bringing the significantly increased numbers of young pg/maybe pg women thru CareNet’s doors when they could have got to the serpent at Planned Parenthood or Family Health Centers or wherever to have the life inside of them murdered and stolen. Father, we need more sold-out counselors. Begin to convict women (and men who can be doing some of the back-scenes stuff, taking a ton of load off the Director’s back.) Father, this is HEAVY WORK and we are blessed to be Your voice and arms and physical presence in these confused people’s lives. WORK IN EACH OF US TO DO YOUR WILL, LORD. Oh Jesus, our world is so messed up. Most of these kids have no clue how to raise a family; so many of them are missing the basic foundational needs themselves. They know nothing about a lot of things: of deep relationship, childhood development and even less ABOUT YOU, LORD. Satan is fast at work trying to devour family after family; let us as CareNet step up between him and these families, LORD. Show us what we can do… and make their hearts hunger for THE BEST THING FOR THEIR BABIES and for themselves, their extended families, their communities, this nation and the world! Prayer request from CareNet. (“CATCH” is their WONDERFUL abstinence program that has been widely accepted in MANY schools districts in our area!) Would you please put (instructor) and CATCH as they share at (school and location) all this week and possibly next. This is the first time we have been in that school. The Lord has been so faithful to answer our prayer to be in all the schools in (our county). We only have two or three yet to be accepted in. Father God, we praise Your Holy Name and Your perfect plan for this wretched world. On our knees now, we plead for Your forgiveness of our complacency as Your children, sitting on our hands, blinding our eyes and hearts and DOING NOTHING as Satan devours children and families. Oh God, how the children suffer. I ask that You would give ___ and her team YOUR WORDS to speak from the Holy Spirit out to the audiences of young ears. Let the children FEEL Your presence through her as she shares the TRUTH about sex and what it was designed for. As she speaks, LORD, she will probably be touching some young women who are pg already. She said that today the kids were totally into her presentation and she was able to talk to a young gal who was recently raped and found out she has a STD because of it, the gal was really struggling. So this was a praise, as well as a request for this little gal. I pray that (instructor) will be able to have another opportunity to talk with her. Please tell all "Thank you for praying"!! After having an ultrasound there is concern about major abnormalities and the doctors/specialist in Spokane are talking about abortion. Please pray for this young women of 18, she is married. Just needs lots of prayer. AND thank you for all your encouragement and concerns. Let's pray together right now: Father God, I praise You. I thank You for Your mercy. We come to You broken and needing Your touch. We see this fallen, dark world and we long for You to come get Your own. In the meantime, Father God, hear our plea on behalf of YOUR BABIES. Block this young mom and dad from listening to the lies that come from the medical community, telling them that MURDER is the answer to their child's POSSIBLE birth defects. Father, we ask that if You could be best glorified by miraculously touching this baby now, healing any defects that have been detected, DO IT NOW LORD. If You can be best glorified by the family and the child enduring the birth defects, show us how to love this family. Father, please touch the parents with Your supernatural strength to carry on. She was pregnant with our second child and had miscarried recently at 3 months, and now we know why. This is a request for you to forward this e-mail to everyone you know asking for prayer. The more people that pray for her to be healed, the better.
Hello "mom" I have a prayer request for my friend ___, she was 15 weeks along with her third baby and just went in to have an ultrasound and they told her that her baby had died two days prior. She is the one who was on bed rest. She has been sobbing and in bed for two days and is need of the Lords hand on her. She is saved. She is and her husband were not expecting to get pregnant but were thrilled! The loss of this baby is still very difficult! Pray for the husband and their other two children in this time as well. Her other boys are old enough to know what has happened. RE: Fibromom’s request addressing our real estate business in this horrible economy: God I ask you to bring those deals through to the end, I pray that all parties involved will be blessed. Give [Fibromom] strength to keep up her strength and the wisdom to do Your work. Protect her animals and keep her husband safe....I'm sure he needs that living with her....she seems to be a pot stirrer, for YOU! Bless my buddy today with all she needs, make those limbs work like they were only 2 years old, help her to have a clear mind and peace in her heart. Please please seek God’s face in bringing about JUSTICE for this monstrous act committed against the young, pregnant woman/her child in our tiny, remote area. The murder/manslaughter trial for ____ is November 17. Plead with God to pave the way for investigators to FIND ALL EVIDENCE THAT POINTS TO TRUTH/Judges involved to SEE TRUTH and dispense appropriate punishments. This has been dragging on forever while ____ is wandering the streets, out on bail, awaiting judgment. The family of the victim has got to be torn to pieces. Pray for the souls of each person involved. Homosexuality is the battle today, Warriors~ The Bible is VERY CLEAR on God’s thoughts/commands about this: male or female relationships of this sort are abominations. I personally believe the people involved in these relationships are demonized… they are so turned over to their own lusts that they are bound and blinded by satan to not only be into this sort of thing, but most are violently opposed to anybody who opposes the lifestyle. I am on an excellent Internet support forums for Fibromyalgia victims, and today one of our members “bumped into” me in “chat.” She was obviously upset and said she needed to end a physically violent relationship. I offered to stay online with her as she did it so that she wouldn’t feel so alone… and so she did it! She then proceeded to tell me that she was a lesbian (I had to pull it out of her and she didn’t use that term until I did)… and on went the conversation addressing this particular lesbian “partner” thing. Please please pray for her. She’s in her mid-20’s and so sold out to the idea of this “alternative [acceptable] lifestyle.” I’ve offered to introduce her to Christ… no response yet. I’ve offered her a friend’s hand as well as a mother’s hand to hold (a mother who has a lesbian/bisexual MESSED child of her own)… pray that she will build a trust for me and that we can get to the bottom of this vileness. From Fibromom: Please pray for our son and his wife and their new baby.. My son is having a very very very difficult time working out of town. He boldly explained to his boss that he didn’t have a family just so that he could go be the “worker boy” bringing home “the bacon” to pay bills and go back out to the grind (his description of his young life.) He’s a ‘maternal,” gentle sort of man and HE ACHES TO BE WITH HIS FAMILY. He longs to raise his son. He shared with me tonight over the phone that he is getting depressed; he says his heart feels “dark.” “Mom, I feel like I can’t even talk to God any more. I feel like running away from it all.” My son never left communication with God… not even when he was on serious drugs. Rebel, yes. Deny Christ- nope. I hear his pain. He is calling out for help. I told him he was welcome to come home and build a cabin or whatever. Maybe work at the mine so that he would be HOME EACH NIGHT WITH HIS WIFE. Pray for God’s will and for our son’s desire to seek it out and the courage and strength to live it out. He KNOWS God loves him. He just doesn’t see how being away from his wife and son can be GOOD FOR ANYBODY. Also, there is the issue that he has no education beyond a GED (he wants to go to Radiology Tech school) but his wife just graduated with her 5-yr degree in hospital/business admin. She could get a really good job in a heartbeat (benefits, etc) but she wants to be home with her son, naturally. She’s really loving being a mommy! PRAISE JESUS! Please pray for answers for these two. Thank you so much. Update: My son’s job was about to end, unbeknownst to him! He resigned after he had been rehired at a group home for troubled adolescents. While he is working graveyard shift and making significantly less money, HE IS HOME WITH HIS FAMILY! He is also gifted at working with downtrodden people; he has a heart for them! May 23, 2009 Update on Fibromom: Praise God! Somehow (can’t remember... I think through daughter) God provided the $ for me to get new Rx glasses... AND THEY WORK... most of the time! THIS IS A MIRACLE as, because of the Fibromyalgia, my vision changes many times during a day... even in the middle of the eye exam. Yet, this optometrist CALLED IT PERFECTLY and I love my new glasses. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ One of our faithful prayer warriors has recently developed a situation requiring fairly significant inpatient surgery on April 29, 09. Please pray that she pampers herself until and after surgery or she could do serious damage. Father God, please keep my Sister comforted in Your arms during this time. Give her husband extra strength to “do” for her and have her listen to his guidance to “take it very easy.” Have her friends and neighbors be an encouragement to her and give her opportunity, while in the hospital, to share her love for You with others. Our DogMan shares this: Their son (extremely obese, diabetes and all that goes with the obesity) went into kidney failure and his heart is showing arrhythmia’s. He is (I [fibromom] presume) in Intensive Care in the small coastal town where he lives but is to be transported to the University of WA hospital for treatment/surgery on a huge, intruding hernia, once he stabilizes. His parents are here, in the Republic area, about 6 hours from him. When they go to him, they will have no place to stay. PLEASE PRAY that the boy (?age 30) knows Christ and can feel His presence with him and that the parents will turn their faces and complete trust to Christ. Pray for wisdom for the medical teams. Also, I just got an email from a new friend I made in Republic who is asking for urgent prayer for her son’s friend who was in a very serious motorcycle accident. Multiple fractures and a question as to what damage has been done to the spinal cord. Please pray, as always we should, that tribulation like this DRAWS PEOPLE TO CHRIST. Let’s pray together now: Father God, Orchestrator of all things in order to bring glory to Yourself, our Great and Perfect Physician Who knows exactly what we need in order to serve You with completely sold-out hearts, I come to You humbly now. These disasters in these people’s lives are so painful and we realize that they come because of the original sin in the Garden with Adam and Eve. Your perfect plan was that we would walk sinlessly with You and death didn’t exist until that first sin. Sin brings death. People suffer immensely because of sin all around us and in us. Oh Father, deliver us from ourselves and use the suffering we face, whether brought on by our own foolishness and pride or by that from someone else, TO YOUR GLORY. Please pray : An appreciative reader of Bitterman’s Banners wrote: could I ask for more prayers for my son, Scott? yesterday the range malfunctioned and started a fire on a ham we were baking. he grabbed it and took it outside, and ended with third and fourth degree burns on his right hand. they wanted to keep him at the hospital for a few days, but he has no insurance. so they sent him home. From a new friend I (Fibromom) made in our new town who is asking for urgent prayer for her son’s friend who was in a very serious motorcycle accident. Here is an update regarding the victim of the motorcycle accident: Good news!!! My son called yesterday about his friend [in the motorcycle accident.] He had over 6 hours of surgery and had 2 steel rods put in his back. He is going to need months of therapy and rehabilitation, but in time he is expected to be a-ok!!!!! They said youth and good general health was on his side....Praise God our wonderful Physician and Healer!...that is why he will do so well.... Isn't it wonderful to be able to share our thoughts and hurts with another Christian friend and have numerous prayer warriors on our side... Another thing I want to share with you....[My husband’s] brother has Mesothelioma cancer and is not expected to live more than a few more weeks. His son and his wife have witnessed to both of his parents but they want nothing to do with it...it breaks all our hearts as now it is getting down to the wire. He is a wonderful kind, loving gentle man who has always been healthy, lived healthy but he was in the navy on a ship plus had his own construction business and got a double whammy with asbestos!!! Very said...maybe you could prayer that someone somehow get through to them before he passes away....... On the other hand, IT IS SO PAINFUL to see the lifestyle choices the girls, their husbands, and their friends live in as nobody serves Christ. (My girls were raised in a strong, Christian home for most of their lives.) Oh how I ache for my grandkids. I just saw some wedding (reception/DrunkFest) photos today for my 1st time of my oldest daughter’s wedding ( 4 years ago—we weren’t invited). My ex and his beer glass are plastered all over the place (he’s their hero… ) and it’s all just so abominable (daughter is about 5 months pg in her WHITE wedding gown and veil)… ugh. Where have my children gone? I don’t even know these people. My heart hurts… I think it’s bleeding. Please please pray ... One of the prayers for me I received from a team member: Lord I pray that you would help (Fibromom) in the easing of her mind and heart regarding her daughters. Let her be able to turn to You in all things always, and know that You are Listening and Hearing her. I acknowledge that we don't always Listen and go Your way, please light the path of Righteousness and Obedience, not only for ourselves, but also for the children we love so much, as well as our friends. After prayer for discernment as to why God had him say that to me, I re-read the Scripture passage over and over AND I WAS COMFORTED. He was recently DXed with colorectal cancer (inoperable) and radiation was unsuccessful. Now his oncology team, the same one that did wonders with my sister, is starting radical chemo. I am not certain of my friend’s spiritual condition/state, whether or not he has been saved but I do know he is not living for our Lord right now. He and his wife have been separated and having problems for awhile and he is also an emotional basket-case over that so he has a lot going on in his life right now and desperately needs our loving intervention and support in prayers. Thank you. From Fibromom Our new friends, brother and sister in Christ and purchasers of our former home are faithful servants of the Most High. Two days ago, the Mrs. had a miscarriage and emergency surgery. Please please pray that: 1. This beautiful woman heals physically without any infection or complication whatsoever and that her strong faith grows even stronger in this tragedy. 2. That their young family will feel themselves being held in the arms of their LORD as they grieve the loss of a son/daughter and sibling. The entire family is deeply hurting. . (Their 8 yoa son is taking this especially hard.) 3. Praise God that they feel confident that God has taken this Little One to be with Him and that they can rejoice in that. 4. That the Mr. (Pastor, husband and dad) will be protected by his Great Physician from residual migraine that usually comes after an adrenalin rush as this has been. Also that he hears his Father’s voice directing him as to where his energies are to be spent. He’s tired. 5. That Fibromom and Tentmakers, as well as this family’s nearby extended (Christian) family will know how to better love this family in a tangible way ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ One of our prayer partners requests: Please a special prayer request, Shelly--Mom of former neighbors has breast cancer and goes for surgery I think early April or the end of the month--She is frightened, as well as concerned for her family. She has gone to Seattle for a 2nd opinion, and also what her options are; she has custody of her grandson, who has also his share of health issues. They want to fix both hips, so he can walk and run properly. From a Friend of Fibromom: Please pray for her father. He is near death (in ICU without hope at this moment) and unsaved. This friend of mine is a very strong, faithful woman who KNOWS WELL the power of prayer. Please pray, also, for the years of woundedness within this family... that God will use it all to bring His Own to Himself. Fibromom asks that we seek God’s rebuke toward the Christians within the family who have sinned without repentance. Their ugliness and mental confusion has cost this family a great deal. Ask that God bring each person to the end of himself so that he/she can see GOD more clearly. I love this woman so dearly and am so thankful to the LORD that He has brought her back into my (Fibromom’s) life.
A dear Sister in Christ who is now one of our prayer warriors has asked for prayer for her son who is in prison (and who has been raised in a strong Christian home.) This young man has the opportunity to be moved from a prison far from his family to one closer to them, which would boost the morale of all involved. PLEASE PRAY FOR A BED TO OPEN IN THE NEW PRISON SOON. The follow-up on this is that the young man was moved to the prison of choice ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS REQUES WENT OUT! From a friend of fibromom: “My Brother-in-law has cancer, it sounds like all inside him. He goes in for a coloscopy after I get back home [from my vacation.] He calls me, and we talk, he called the first time after hearing the news, and said he was drunk, he hadn't recalled. He called me the following afternoon, and I had told him that he had called the night before, "No way" was his response. I know he called--it was late--” From Fibromom: How do we know where to live? We need “wise counsel” to guide us in what to do with our homes… Income is next to nil. Business is odd because people are confused and unable to make purchase decisions. 3 scheduled appointments for land showings were canceled due to hazardous weather conditions. We’ve cut back to bare bones in office expenses and now we are beginning to get behind in personal debt payments. Do we move back to our “old” home where I can no longer work (and that means I will sink back into fms symptoms controlling my life as that home is isolated from people/a great little town/ activities too far for me to drive to)? Why would God want that? We can only (barely) pay 1 house payment… no way 2… so we are now 1 month DOWN in the other house payment. We’ve lowered the sales price to 20% BELOW MARKET VALUE on that lovely little cottage and STILL NOT ON OFFER. What do we do? Isn’t it poor stewardship to let a house be repossessed? One or the other of these 2 homes are about to be re-poed, it appears. The saddest thing of all is that the home we live in now is being carried on a seller’s contract; the folks carrying that contract are WAY ELDERLY and wife is disabled with Parkinson’s. IS IT RIGHT TO LEAVE THEM IN A LIRCH??? Please help us find the answers. Update: God brought to us a buyer who is a Christian pastor (and his young family) in the mission field JUST AT THE 11TH HOUR.
