As of April 9, 2009, Fibromom has added a section entirely devoted to MS. If you go to my Progress Notes, a sub-category under Fibromyalgia, you’ll see that my condition is worsening, with new and different, more “neuro-like” symptoms attacking me.
If I have MS (and not Fibro or in addition to Fibro), I will feel scared and relieved at the same time. “Fibromyalgia” is a set of symptoms, all subjective (no physical test can identify the dysfunction going on inside the body) that leave us living in LimboLand (see the link “patients like me” on attached page). Many many people with MS have THE SAME SYMPTOMS as we who (supposedly) have FMS.
Until we find out the WHY’s of these diseases, the best thing for us to do is UNITE in our suffering. There is power in numbers!
